What the video shows

Start on our website, theshippingplacetx.com. Tap the menu, then Virtual Mail Login.
Pick The Shipping Place Portal and tap Log In Here. That brings you to this portal. Tap Sign in.
Use the email we have on file for your box and the password from your welcome email.
Every piece that comes in for you shows up with a photo of the front. Tap one to see it up close, and pinch to zoom.
The first time, read the short terms and tap I agree.
Pick what we do with it. Hold sets it aside at the counter for you. We see your request right away.
Scan: we open it and send you photos of the pages. You see the price before you say yes, and 2 scans a month are included. We email you when the pages are ready.
Junk mail? Shred it or discard it. 10 shreds a month are included. Forward sends it anywhere.
Your list shows what happens next with each piece. Do nothing and it waits in your box, like always.
